Delivery

Orders received before midday (12.00 PM) will be delivered next working day, except in the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, where delivery is between 2 - 5 days.

Delivery Instructions

Please advise at the time of order or prior to delivery if there are any restrictions we need to make the carriers aware of including narrow lanes, weight limits or if a tail lift or pump truck delivery vehicle is required.

Please note, charges may be applied in the event of post-delivery cancellations, refusals, re-scheduling, or re-direction instructions. All deliveries are made to curbside. Please advise us at this time of any requirements for delivery such as tail lift and pump truck or area restrictions. Deliveries can be made between 8am-5:30pm and we require somebody on site to accept each delivery. If a delivery site will close prior to 5.30pm, we recommend an AM Delivery of £10+ VAT (8am-1pm) to avoid a re-scheduling charge. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this, otherwise we assume this notice has been agreed. 

Returns

Any returns are subject to our returns terms and conditions. Items which are not faulty may be subject to a restocking fee. Please complete the form below if you wish to return any items and we will advise the next steps.
