Filling Device with Magnet 756

The filling device is an all-in-one, fill & drain valve assembly offering reliable operation in all types of flow systems. The valve assembly features the necessary components for use with GSHP and ASHP systems, as well as other more traditional heating systems.

The valve also provides filtration through the integrated stainless-steel filter and magnetic rod to remove magnetite from the system.

Additionally, the valve assembly is reversible.

The Filling Device allows for the system to be filled and flushed so that any air can be removed from the system, whilst simultaneously filtering the system water in the process to remove any residue and magnetite in the system. The valve, if installed at the low point of the system, can be utilised as a drain point when draining down the system.

A heating system contains many particles and varying layers of dirt and magnetite. These form coatings on system components and adversely affect product service life. Dirt and foreign particles require the premature replacement of key components, which translates into increased and unnecessary costs.
